March 26, 2023 – Woofstock
Woofstock returns this year at a new venue, Trail Dust Town. Get ready for a day of fun and dog adoptions. The festival starts at 10 am and runs until 3 pm. Costume contests, food trucks, vendors, low-cost vaccination clinic, and pet food drive.
April 1, 2023 – NAMI Walks
Make a positive impact on mental health in our community with your four-legged friends (tripawds are welcome, too!). Mental Health for All is close to be realized and is the focus for this year’s walk at Kennedy Park – Fiesta Area Check-in begins at 7:30 am and event continues until 11 am.
April 1, 2023 – Canine Carnival
Downtown Tucson is the place to be! The Highwire Courtyard is the location for April’s ‘Canine Carnival’ benefitting Cody’s Friends. Visit with vendors, order specialty cocktails, and enjoy an April night downtown. From 3 pm – 6 pm.
April 22, 2023 – 2023 Southern Arizona Heart Walk
Walk to fund lifesaving science! The Heart Walk is one of the larger walks in town with an expected 2,000 participants and quite a few dogs. Make sure your dog is a social butterfly (and of course leashed at all times). Family-friendly festivities begin at 7:30 am at Reid Park DeMeester Outdoor Performance Center.
June 1, 2023 thru September 30, 2023 – Dog Days of Summer
Tucson Botanical Gardens opens up their doors to dogs during the summer. You and your dog can explore this urban garden from 7:30 am – 3:30 pm each day. Single day admission is $3.00 per dog or purchase a Dog Membership for $20 ($10 each additional dog). Dog memberships come with a personalized dog tag.
October 14, 2023 – Out of the Darkness Walk – Southern Arizona
Walk with your dog to save lives, bring hope, and honor those lost to suicide at the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s Out of the Darkness Walk this fall at Reid Park.

Save the Date for October’s Salut our Vets at Brandi Fenton Memorial Park. Stay tuned for more details.
October 15, 2023 – 2023 Tucson Wicked Half Marathon, 10K, 5K & Spooky Sprint
The whole family can get fit and have spooktacular fun at StartLine Racing’s Wicked Run in Marana. Leashed, well mannered dogs are welcome! This event is is limited to 500 participants!
October 23, 2023 – 2023 Walk to End Alzheimer’s – Tucson and Green Valley/Sahuarita
Dogs become #Philanthropups at the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s. You and your pup can walk to raise much needed funds to support the Alzheimer’s Association. Location: Reid/Randolph Park
November 4, 2023 – Prance Your Pup Walk and Adoption Event
